Cynthia, a regular meditation practice helped me become comfortable as an observer. Actually, I cannot think of a way that meditation has not helped me, now that I think about it. Always, there is the breath. 🙂

Karen, I had thought healthy eating and no wine would clear me of brain fog but no such luck. Perhaps I will try your observer tactic.
