It’s late and I need to be quick. I had a wonderful day capped off by a 12-layer kite show as the sun set. Re-capped by a late stroll down Commercial Street, with a stop to listen to a girl band playing “I Will Survive.” 70 degrees with a breeze is the perfect summer temperature.

I’m hoping to order the wholesome eating program you recommended!! I find myself grabbing string cheese, hummus, and other already prepared foods to stave off hunger instead of eating a meal.
Chris, get the book It Starts With Food. And check out the Whole30 website. It’s tough, but I definitely needed it. My eating had gone way, way off track. Keep me posted.
