It’s a blustery day here in Provincetown–66 degrees. The wind is strong and the waves are roaring. But instead of a picture of that, let me show you what I made for breakfast…
And last night, after dinner–oysters with lemon juice followed by a Snake River Farms Kobe burger with avocado, grilled onions, mushrooms and greens–I felt different, better than I had before I started eating–my first moment of feeling better. This morning, another one. When I woke up, after only a minute or two, I was alert and ready to go. One week in the books and things are changing.
*my healthy action today: I took the time to make an Avocado, Sweet Potato, Blueberry Scramble–and I ate every bite.

Celebrating Our Joys! and our YumYum meals, too… 🙂
*my healthy action for today:
drinking juices… versus… MORE coffee!!
Woohoo, Helena!
Avocado, sweet potato, blueberry scramble? That sounds bizarre. And intriguing…. And I love the energy and joy in this post!
It was delicious, Anne. The blueberries gave it these little bursts of sweetness.
Yum, yum and yum! And wild waves sound lovely too!
Tricia, I love this kind of weather.
Great to hear, Cynthia! It does not take long to “feel” the change, does it? I am happy for you.
My healthy action for today: maintained my energy evenly. I felt particularly good and well today. In the past, I have used these days to “catch up” on all the things needing attention. Yes, that drains my energy, often really tiring me. With autoimmune disease, it’s best to aim for even, and that’s my goal. 🙂

Thanks, Karen. And yay for you!
