Coming to you from Canyon Ranch in Tucson, Arizona, where Cal and I are exercising and eating healthy. This is my 15th visit to a CR location. I’ve been coming since March of 1996 when I had a 15-year-old, a 9-year-old, a 7-year-old, and a 3-year-old. It is someone else taking care of me, and it has kept me sane all these years.
