Within the confines of the day, I had a really good one. I had time for me and fun time with the family. And, I didn’t allow myself to begin the spin that ends in my having no connection at all to the moment.
But as I sit here letting things settle, and this day takes shape within the last week and the week and the month to come, I realize how behind I am. But I’m not going to worry about that now.
I’m just going to focus on this good day.
