I’m too matchy-matchy, a predilection I’d like to change.
FYI: I was just going to say matchy, but then I looked it up to see if by any chance it was a real word. And surprise, it is, but you need two of them. Which is kind of funny.

I especially loved yesterday’s post- the workshop you attended on failure. You are so right that doing our best writing is what matters- and I like thinking that the entire publishing piece is out of our control. I think I was one of the few writers on the planet not there for AWP- so I was especially glad to get that nugget of wisdom!
Thank you, Katharine. Everywhere you looked–a badge and a tote bag. So many people! Happy I could share a little bit for those who couldn’t be there. Maybe next year in LA?
It’s a Georgia thing I think
Right now I have on lime green shorts and a blue shirt : )
Hilarious!

Catching up on your progress here. I know most of these things about you, so I feel very special.
You knew I was too matchy???
: )
Same on-line dictionary… search opposite of ‘matchy-matchy’… no results found (lol)
Note: synonyms listed are catchy and patchy. I vote for ‘catchy’… 🙂
hehehe : )
Well, of course! A “matchy” for its “matchy”!
Exactly, Nina!
LOL! I’ve never heard of this word, but I love it! Thanks for making me (us) aware, Cynthia! 🙂 Miss Matchy-Matchy 😉
