Cass’s Grandmother’s Pimento Cheese

1 lb sharp cheddar cheese (grated)

8 oz cream cheese (softened)

7 oz jar pimentos (diced) with juice

6 oz Hellman’s mayo

1 t. French’s mustard

dash Tabasco

Mix together. Store in glass jars.

*Note: Cass also adds pepper, a bit of horseradish, and a shake or two of Worcestershire Sauce.
