I felt as if I meditated in the train car, had negative thoughts about Picasso and women in the gallery, and then got to interview Miss Manners about first ladies – all while escaping demands on Mom at home. Love the pup, too! I didn’t even think I cared much about first ladies, and after reading your “day,” I want to learn more. The first ladies are sort of like Picasso’s backward facing or bare-breasted women in a way, there to adorn someone else. Or not. Thanks for including me, because that’s how reading your piece makes me feel.
