This post somehow feels so much more peaceful in the midst of activity. Maybe it’s that so many of your trips are about connecting with your children, who are no longer in need of constant attention? And the shift to being the one hosting writing events rather than being the receiver of all the wisdom and experience. It feels like you officially “arrived” this year. Happy sigh.
