There’s so much here that I relate to. Odd things – like the way work days require clothes with a waistband. And I love the advice about writing a bit past the serious work part of the day. I think in general it’s great for writers to remember to play sometimes and I think this is such a terrific way to structure it in.

I loved: one cup of coffee lifting just enough, poetry not needing a bra, and the walk setting the pace.
